Oils – I moved from watercolors to oils about 1993 after ten years of using watercolors. I was doing a rather detailed large painting in the Grandma Moses style. I was almost finished when I accidentally dropped a big blob of black into the center of the sky. That was the day I changed to oils. This also let me explore my increasing curiosity of the French Impressionist’s styles.
